This season's final serial

I took a break from working on next season to work on the final serial for this season, Zorro's Black Whip.  The Silver Bullet is our host and we will have some great background segments as well as a couple of new Super Hero 101 virtual comics.  I am still looking forward to filming next seasons episodes soon, I will post some behind the scenes shots whenever we get that opportunity.  I hope you all stay safe and thank you for being a part of Super Hero 101.

Preparing Super Hero 101 part nine

Hi all.

This week has been quite confusing.  We have never had to deal with some of the obstacles that have been presented to us at this time.  First off we are rescheduling the casting call, the self quarantine has made it necessary.  I haven't been using my time wisely.  I am moving forward on the scripts and reviewing several episodes of Jungle Girl, but I should be much further along with the extra time that was given to me.  I will be trying a little harder this week to get the things done because I would like to start filming next season in April, virus permitting.  When we do start filming I will have some behind the scenes pictures to share and some great stories, maybe even some bloopers.  Thank you for continuing the support of our show.

Here is the next episode of Super Hero 101:

Lady Liberty is a sweet, caring woman whose Ideals are based off her hero Marvelette.  As a child she was bullied but found comfort in finding out everything she could about Marvelette.  She found a scientist that worked on the original project to create Marvelette and after a bit of convincing he injected her with a formula that gave her super powers.

[BLUE STREAK] [GENDER: FEMALE] [AGE: 18-40]
Blue streak is very fast in her actions as well as her speech. She became part of an experiment that stemmed from the original experiment that Marvelette went through. She volunteered to be injected with a new formula, the results of which gave her superspeed.

[DR. FROST] [GENDER: FEMALE] [AGE: 18-40]
Dr. Frost is a scientific whiz. She creates gadgets and gizmos in the pursuit of crime fighting. One of her most important weapons is a freeze gun. She uses her scientific knowledge to fight crime. Her husband, a police officer, was killed by the mob. Her first case brought these murderers to justice.

[GOLDEN GIRL] [GENDER: FEMALE] [AGE: 18-40]

Solar flare is very wide eyed to this world. She is not surprised by the amount of crime.  As a princess on her home world, she was sent to our world to protect her from an evil overlord. As long as the overlord does not find her, her family is safe.

[NUMA OF THE JUNGLE] [GENDER: FEMALE] [AGE: 18-40]
Numa is highly intelligent and well educated.  Her parents were missionaries to an African village in Mali.  A band of diamond smugglers killed them leaving Numa to be raised by a shaman.  She was sent to the U.S. to attend college at an early age, but returned to Africa to help and protect her adoptive people.

[SCARLET ARROW] [GENDER: FEMALE] [AGE: 18-40]
Scarlet arrow is very meticulous and can pinpoint with accuracy other’s faults. She has no real superpowers, but after years of training and Olympic gold medals she became a master in archery and other archaic weapons.

[SNOW LEOPARD] [GENDER: FEMALE] [AGE: 18-40]
Snow Leopard is always in the know. She is the twin sister of the Golden Panther, although they don’t know that.  She was kidnapped at birth and raised as a criminal. She will quite frequently work for the side of good if it benefits her.  She still fights her criminal tendencies.

[GOLDEN PANTHER] [GENDER: FEMALE] [AGE: 18-40]
Golden panther is naive, and always sees the best in people. She is the twin sister of the Snow Leopard.  She is also the Snow Leopard’s greatest enemy. They do not know their relationship. She loves to work as part of a team.

[SUBZERO] [GENDER: FEMALE] [AGE: 18-40]
Subzero has a very icy personality. She was an executive to a make up company until one of her rivals used cryogenics to manufacture a better product. When she confronted this competitor, She was flash frozen and left for dead. When she was discovered and released, she maintained the power of cold.

[THE DOLL] [GENDER: FEMALE] [AGE: 18-40]

The Doll is highly energetic and positive.  She worked for a scientist who used the mob to fund his research.  When they came to collect, he was forced to use her as a guinea pig.  His experiment worked making her the size of a doll. He continues to make amends by trying to find a cure.  She uses her new condition as a means to fight crime.

Preparing for the new season part four

Hey all,

This week has been productive.  I have started research on some of the actors and actress from the serials I am working on for this season.  I did get to watch a couple episodes of Jungle Girl. I also worked on some of the virtual comics which are going to be a part of this seasons offering.  I had to spend some of my time disputing with Youtube, that is just annoying.  I did want to ask you, the fans, if you have any artwork for the show.  I am working on a new segment that would feature any artwork of the Super Hero 101 ladies that you are willing to send in, and that can be shown on television.  You can send them to us at:

Preparing for the new season part two

Hi

It has been an interesting week. I was able to get through ten chapters of Jungle Girl, for the upcoming season, at least the first time through.  I am also combing through the Nyoka comics for some interesting Virtual Comics to put together with these episodes.  I will be meeting with some of the key members of our team to lay out the plans for next season and get some new ideas.  I will keep you posted here with that information.

In the meantime take a look at episode #337

Preparing for our new season part one

Hi

It has been a great week.  I have been working hard at getting the episodes ready for our next season of Super Hero 101.  I watch the whole Don Winslow of the Navy serial.  For the show I will watch through each serial about four times before I am able to write our parts for the show.  I am really looking forward to showing you this serial in the future.  I have also been working on some Virtual Comics from Don Winslow that go along with these episodes.  I found some great stories that might bring a smile to your faces.  I also got to work with some great people providing the voices for me.

This week starts the Perils of Nyoka serial.  Marvelette is hosting it and will bring out some surprises.  I have always been fond of the serials with a female lead (Zorro's Black Whip, Perils of Nyoka, and Panther woman of the Congo).  Kay Aldridge plays the Jungle girl with vigor.  The masked man, Clayton Moore, makes a great leading man. The evil Vultura is captured so well by the beautiful Lorna Gray. I hope you enjoy this set of episodes, I know I had a great time putting them together.

I have not forgotten to post a Super Hero 101 virtual comic.  These are addition to the episodes so you may see them during some of the future episodes but if you want to get a preview check the next episode here:
